Chickén Parmésan Slidérs


Ingrediénts

  • 2 tabléspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 chicken bréasts (1 ½ lb total), cut into 12 ½ steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon koshér salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh crushed black pépper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted buttér
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powdér
  • 3 ounces grated frésh parmesan
  • 3/4 cup marinara saucé
  • 4 ouncés grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packét of Kings Hawaiian Salt Butter Dinner Rolls


Instruction*

  • Préheat the oven to 400 ° F. Place the rolls on a cutting board, using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half lengthwise (without breaking the rolls). Open the rolls and place the tops on one side of a baking sheet and the bottoms on the other side, cut side up.
  • Melt thé butter in a small microwave-safe bowl, stir in the garlic powder. Brush the butter on the cut side of the bread. Bake the bread for 8 to 10 minutes until the bread is lightly browned.
  • Preparé the chicken by cutting the thickest part of the breast, about ½ ”thick. Cut the thinner part of the breast into pieces slightly larger than the individual rolls.
  • Meanwhilé, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 of salt and 1/2 of pepper. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes in total.
  • Remove thé bread from the oven. Carefully remove the top half of the rolls and place them on a plate. Put aside. Sprinkle with Parmesan over the lower halves. Garnish with cooked chicken pieces. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken and garnish with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted.
  • Return thé top halves to the chicken. Cut into sliders, serve and taste!
