Fixings 

  • 3 glasses (15 oz) universally handy flour 
  • 1/2 tsp moment yeast 
  • 4 tsp fit salt 
  • 1/3 glasses (10.5 oz) room temperature water 
  • 1/4 glass additional virgin olive oil, isolated 
  • 1/2 glass set kalamata olives 
  • 1 tbsp cut crisp sage 
  • coarse salt or flaky ocean salt 

Guidelines 

  1. Join the flour, yeast, and salt in a vast bowl. Pour in the water and blend with a spoon. When you have the majority of the flour fused, utilize your hands to wrap up the batter. Note: the mixture will be wet and sticky. 
  2. Spread the bowl with saran wrap and set it in a calm spot the kitchen for 10-12 hours.
