Fixings 

  • Apple Juice Chicken Brackish water 
  • 4 c. apple juice 
  • 1.5 tbsp fit salt 
  • 1 tsp entire peppercorns 
  • 1 clove garlic crushed 
  • 1 narrows leaf 
  • 1 sprig thyme 
  • 3 entire cloves 
  • 2 entire star anise 
  • 1 entire cinnamon stick 
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken bosoms 
  • Apple Juice Chicken Flame broiling Oil 
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil 
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme 
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage 
  • 1/2 tsp legitimate salt 
  • 1/2 tsp broke dark pepper 
  • squeeze ground nutmeg 

Directions 

  1. In a little sauce pot, consolidate the juice, salt, peppercorns, garlic, cove leaf, thyme, cloves, star anise and cinnamon stick.
