Fixings 

  • FOR THE SPAGHETTI SQUASH: 
  • 1 little Spaghetti Squash, around 30 ounces or 1.8 lb entirety 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil 
  • Salt and Dark Pepper 
  • FOR THE FILLING: 
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Olive Oil 
  • 1 little Zucchini, diced 
  • A large portion of a Chime Pepper, diced 
  • 1/4 Red Onion, diced 
  • 1/2 container Corn Bits 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Cumin 
  • Salt and Dark Pepper 
  • 3/4 container cooked Dark Beans 
  • 1/2 container Salsa 
  • 2 ounces Cheddar, destroyed and separated 

Directions 

Cook The Squash: 
  1. Change the cooking rack in your toaster broiler (or stove) to the base position and preheat to 425 degrees F. Daintily oil a preparing sheet or line with a silicone heating mat. 
  2. Utilize a sharp blade to deliberately cut the squash a couple of times on each side, at that point microwave 4 to 5 minutes. Keeping an eye out for steam, cut the squash into equal parts and scoop out the seeds.
