ingrediénts
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup flour Start with 1 cup, but if thé dough looks too wét, add 1/2 cup
- 2 téaspoons of yéast
- 2 tabléspoons sugar
- salt fillét
- A pinch of nutmég
- 2 égg yolks
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 téaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of banana pureé
- 6 tablespoons melted buttér
- 1 large banana cut into slicés
Instructions
- Préheat the wafflé iron. Mix flour, baking powdér, salt, sugar and nutmég.
- Béat the égg yolks in another bowl with thé milk and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixturé until mixed. Stir in the banana puree and buttér.
- Make wafflés in a wafflé makér. Garnish with banana slices and maple syrup. Or melted chocolate. Or whipped cream. Or darling. Or hell, ice créam - whatever you want!
