Fixings 

  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (I like fettuccine or linguine) 
  • 1 tablespoon margarine 
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 7 ounces mushrooms (I utilized cremini mushrooms) cut flimsy 
  • 2 cloves garlic minced 
  • 1/3 glass dry white wine 
  • 2 dashes Italian flavoring 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  • 1 glass overwhelming/whipping cream 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Crisp parsley hacked, to taste 
  • Naturally ground parmesan cheddar to taste (discretionary) 

Guidelines 

  1. Heat up an expansive, salted pot of water for the pasta and cook it still somewhat firm as indicated by bundle headings.
