Fixings: 

  • 1kg (2.2 lb) back end steak, thickly cut 
  • 1 tsp. garlic, smashed 
  • 1 tsp. ginger, smashed 
  • ½ container nectar 
  • ¼ container soy sauce 
  • ¼ container hamburger stock 
  • ¼ container rice wine vinegar 
  • ¼ tsp. dark pepper, ground 


To Thicken 

  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 
  • 2 Tbsp. water 





Directions: 

  1. In a frypan over high warmth, delicately darker the meat, at that point put to the side. 
  2. Next, in a moderate cooker, including the garlic, ginger, nectar, soy sauce, meat stock, rice wine vinegar, and the dark pepper. 
  3. Next, tenderly blend in the cut hamburger strips. 
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is delicate. 
  5. To thicken the sauce, combine the cornstarch and the water together. Tenderly blend into the teriyaki meat blend. 
  6. Cook on high for 15 minutes. 
  7. Serve and Appreciate
