Fixings 

  • 1/4 glass soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine 
  • 2 vast garlic cloves, extremely finely slashed 
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 
  • 2 teaspoons squashed red pepper 
  • One 2 1/2-pound hamburger flank steak, cut over the grain into twenty 1/4-inch-thick cuts 
  • 16 scallions 
  • Vegetable oil, for scouring 
  • Salt 
  • Steamed rice, for serving 


Steps 

  1. In a vast, shallow dish, join the soy sauce with the sugar, white wine, slashed garlic, toasted sesame oil, and pulverized red pepper, blending to break up the sugar. Include the cut flank steak and coat altogether in the marinade. Spread and refrigerate the steak for no less than 4 hours or medium-term. 
  2. Light a flame broil or warmth an iron. Rub the scallions done with vegetable oil and barbecue them over high warmth, turning once, until the scallions are simply mollified around 2 minutes. Season with salt. 
  3. Working in clumps, flame broils the steak over high warmth until the cuts are lavishly cooked and medium-uncommon, around 30 seconds for every side. Exchange the steak to a serving platter and present with the flame-broiled scallions and steamed rice.
